This Refund & Disclaimer Policy ("Policy") is published by Nextera Production ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of services offered through www.singdilse.com, Sing Dil Se programmes, and SDS Originals. By registering, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to this Policy along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Refund Policy

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing or as required under applicable consumer protection laws, the following refund terms apply to services offered by Nextera Production.

Contest Registration Refunds

Contest and audition registration fees, including studio round fees (standard fee: INR 3,000), are generally non-refundable once payment is confirmed and participation is scheduled. Refund requests for contest registrations may be considered only where expressly permitted under this Policy or applicable law.

A refund request for contest registration may be considered if submitted in writing to info@singdilse.com within 24 hours of online payment and before studio booking or session confirmation, subject to verification and approval at the Company's sole discretion.

Music Production Services

Fees paid for music production, composition, arrangement, or related creative services are non-refundable once production work has commenced. If production has not yet begun, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, minus any administrative or third-party costs already incurred.

Recording Services

Studio recording fees are non-refundable once a recording slot is confirmed and resources are allocated. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before a confirmed session may be eligible for rescheduling (see Section 2) but not for a monetary refund unless approved in writing by the Company.

Video Production Services

Payments for music video production, editing, or post-production are non-refundable once pre-production planning, shoot scheduling, or production work has commenced. Deposits paid for video projects are treated as non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.

Digital Services

Fees for digital deliverables, distribution services, online programme access, or other intangible digital services are non-refundable once the service has been activated, delivered, or made available to the participant.

Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered only if:

  • The request is submitted within the applicable timeframe specified in this Policy;
  • The participant is eligible under the specific service category;
  • No studio session, production work, or programme stage has been confirmed or commenced;
  • The payment was made through an official, individually issued payment link from Nextera Production;
  • The request is supported by valid transaction details and registration information.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds shall be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval. In certain cases, processing may take up to 15 to 18 business days during peak seasons or due to banking and payment gateway timelines, which are outside the Company's control.

Mode of Refund

Refunds shall be credited to the original mode of payment wherever possible:

  • Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking: 10 to 14 working days for credit to reflect in your account;
  • UPI / E-Wallet: typically within 24 to 72 hours, subject to provider timelines;
  • Bank Transfer: 5 to 10 business days, subject to banking hours and verification.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment aggregators, or third-party financial institutions.

GST & Payment Charges

All fees are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and statutory levies as per Indian law. Payment gateway charges, convenience fees, or bank transaction fees levied by third-party processors may be non-refundable. Refund amounts, where approved, shall be calculated net of non-recoverable third-party charges unless otherwise required by law.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances — including programme cancellation by the Company, duplicate payments, or technical errors resulting in unauthorised charges — the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund irrespective of standard non-refund terms. All such decisions shall be final.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Contest Registrations

Participants may request cancellation of registration by writing to info@singdilse.com. Cancellation does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund unless expressly approved under Section 1.

Recording Sessions

Confirmed studio recording sessions may be rescheduled once, subject to studio availability, if requested at least 72 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Studio Bookings

Studio bookings are confirmed upon payment receipt and communication from our team. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule studio sessions due to operational, technical, or force majeure reasons, with an offer to reschedule at no additional cost where feasible.

Production Services

Cancellation of music or video production projects after work has commenced may result in forfeiture of fees paid, or charges for work completed up to the cancellation date, as determined by the Company.

Rescheduling Conditions

  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email;
  • At least 72 hours' notice is required for studio and recording sessions;
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by the Company;
  • Repeated rescheduling requests may be declined at the Company's discretion.

Company Rights

The Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or terminate any programme, session, or service without prior notice where necessary. In such cases, the Company will endeavour to offer rescheduling or alternative arrangements but shall not be liable for any indirect costs incurred by the participant.

3. Payment Policy

Nextera Production operates a verified, shortlist-based payment model in compliance with applicable Indian laws and authorised payment gateway requirements (including Paytm and other RBI-compliant aggregators):

  • Payments are accepted only from shortlisted or approved participants after successful verification of their application;
  • Payment links are issued individually by Nextera Production through official communication channels (email, SMS, or WhatsApp) after verification;
  • The payment portal is not publicly available for all website visitors — no general payment page is accessible without an authorised, individual payment link;
  • Each payment link is unique to the recipient and must not be shared with third parties;
  • Participants must not make payments through unofficial representatives, unauthorised links, or third-party agents;
  • Unauthorized or accidental payments made without an approved payment link may be cancelled or refunded at the Company's sole discretion, subject to verification.

The Company shall not be liable for payments made through unauthorised channels. For payment queries, contact info@singdilse.com before completing any transaction.
